Métis Veterans Monument - unveiling ceremony on 21 August 2021 at Metis Crossing near Smoky Lake, Alberta. I enjoyed worked with the Métis Nation of Alberta and sailors of HMCS NONSUCH to produce this 7-minute tribute video. Mixed with aerial, river and ceremony footage, it features interviews with Métis Veterans and those who made the monument possible.
I wrote, produced and directed this 3-minute outreach video in June 2021 on behalf of the City of Edmonton for the Edmonton Salutes Committee, a volunteer organization. The Edmonton Salutes Committee helps to promote and recognize our local military community contributions, both at home and abroad, toward world peace, security and stability.
I directed and edited this 34-minute documentary in partnership with Naval Reservists of Her Majesty’s Canadian Ship NONSUCH in Edmonton to commemorate the annual Battle of the Atlantic ceremony that took place online on May 2, 2021.

This 7-minute instructional safety video is Chapter 1 of 16 in an online educational series I filmed and edited for the Shooting Federation of Canada (SFC) during January to March 2021. Based in Ottawa and funded by the Government of Canada, the SFC is a national non-profit competitive sports organization. It governs organized, recreational and competitive target shooting for members across Canada.

Watch as volunteers with the Beverly Cenotaph Committee explain why thousands of people gather at this community landmark during the annual Remembrance Day ceremony.

This 3-minute event video produced in October 2020 shows how volunteers took action to help JMMF, a non-profit organization that helps people escape from domestic abuse by providing an emergency shelter
This 3-minute video features two representatives of not-for-profit organizations encouraging support of their bottle drive fundraiser in Sturgeon County. Observing safe social distancing, Teena and Daniel delivered their messages in a casual “talk show” format while explaining how bottle donors would benefit the Jessica Martel Memorial Foundation and the Rotary Club of Morinville.

Jessie’s House opened in May 2020 in Morinville. This labour of love is a 9,200 square foot home that provides services ranging from family violence outreach to case management and court support.
