Effective media interviews require planning and practice. In our basic media training, you will learn:

How to prepare for an interview;
How to develop 3 Key Messages;
How to own the interview;
On-camera mock interviews.
Our inclusive learning environment offers participants the opportunity to do mock radio and camera interviews in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Participants are invited to provide feedback for each taped interview.

There are three distinct phases of creating a video: 1) Pre-Production. 2) Production. 3) Post-Production. Here's how they work:
This is when your video is actually created -- before we meet on location to start filming. Through prompt communication (texts, emails, Dropbox, Zoom), we transform your vision into a script that is camera-ready. "Pre-Pro" focuses on story development and logistics.
We explore theme, script, storyboard, shot list, branding and multimedia: logos, fonts, Pantones, captions, music, graphics and sound effects.
Location/s, maps, parking, on-camera talent, equipment, props, releases, permits, copyrights, schedules, meals and "Plan B".
Typically the fastest phase, Production is comprised of: Setup. Rehearse. Film. Wrap up. My teleprompter helps you stay on message and saves time when filming. The camera is your mirror, so relax and let's make your movie!
Post-Production (editing) is when your video finally emerges onscreen. Video editing is a very collaborative process. That's why we work together on a few video versions to bring your story to life. There's usually 2 to 3 versions before you can share the video online.
